Roy Mellon has over 10 years of experience in the payroll and human resources industry, and is passionate about driving positive change in employee management.
Mr Mellon is the founder and chief executive of Proactive Payroll and the Definitiv Group. Prior to focusing his efforts into growing the Definitiv Group, he was the managing director for the Australian operations of a global payroll company. His entrepreneurial success has led him to winning two Business News’ 40under40 Awards.
A retired veteran himself, Mr Mellon is also an Ambassador for two not-for-profit organisations run by army veterans: Working Spirit and the General Sir Harry Chauvel Memorial Foundation.
