Kylee Schoonens has extensive experience in leading design practices for large and small scale developments, as well as a deep understanding of government advocacy and stakeholder relations knowledge & relationships. She has been working across a number of sectors including residential, mixed-use, aged care, civic, retail, hospitality, specialist housing and heritage.
Ms Schoonens was a director & registered architect of Fratelle Group for 13 years before the company merged with Rothelowman in February 2023. She is now the principal of Rothelowman's Perth office.
Ms Schoonens is also chair of Western Australia's land information authority Landgate, non-executive director of cleantech infrastructure business and startup Geniux, and advocates for positive change in the industry as a member of the residential committee for the Property Council of WA.
She is an active member of the Australian Institute of Architects, and has been a jury member for the WA architecture awards.
