Workmetrics (formerly Health Safety Works) was started in 2010 with $10 to register a domain name and an idea which focused on making the health and safety industry run more smoothly. It is now involved with 7000 companies and has more than 80,000 users through OnlineInduction.com.
The service allows companies to deliver inductions online and the system covers learning courses, induction certificates and employee validation.
The company rebranded from Health Safety Works to Workmetrics in 2017.
