O’ROURKE Realty Investments is a family owned and operated partnership, established in the early 1980s by Rory and Robyn O’Rourke.
Their son, Jarrad O’Rourke, joined the family business on the ground floor, working his way up and learning a number of important lessons on the way.
Synonymous with Scarborough and the coastal strip, O’Rourke Realty Investments covers all facets of real estate but specialises in residential sales and investment, property development and property management.
Mr O’Rourke began working for the company in 1989 as an office junior, and by the age of 19 was awarded his real estate agent licence, becoming the youngest-ever male triennial certificate holder in the state.
His experience has been hands on, purchasing his first property the day he turned 18. He credits this practical experience with giving him insight into what buyers go through, in turn making him a better sales representative.
Now general manager and partner of the company, Mr O’Rourke is one of the most awarded real estate agents in Western Australia. He has sold more than 1,400 properties, making the list of the top 35 of agents across WA for the past 15 years.
O’Rourke Realty Investments is the largest supporter and sponsor of local sporting clubs and community groups in the area.
