Richard Welsh established Complete Fire Design, specialists in Fire Safety Engineering in 2003 with the ambition of selling new standards in the delivery of fire safety engineering. CFD is the largest fire specialist organisation in WA with an impressive client list ranging from large scale property developers to 5 star hotels. Commencing as a 1 person operation just 5 years ago, CFD now employs a team of nine highly skilled engineers. With a passion for research, Richard has published numerous journal articles and constantly supports innovative research in an effort to improve the way in which fire safety engineering is used throughout the world.
