Gary Jones

Graduating as an Electrical Engineer at the University of Melbourne, Gary started his career in a small consultancy before moving to Esso Australia where he commenced his career in Drilling Engineering. In 1998 Gary moved to WA to join Woodside where he has been involved in Deepwater Exploration and Development Drilling. He currently leads a team of approximately 40 Drilling and Completions professionals and is accountable for the HSE, technical and financial outcomes of $500 million a year worth of expenditure as well as managing relationships with various stakeholder partners.
