Russell Collins

In 1999 at 29 years of age, Russell Collins became a founding Director of the specialised engineering consultancy Subsea Developments. Seven years later, with 40 employees, a host of Australian and International clients and revenues exceeding $10 million, the flourishing business entered the public arena after being acquired by the highly ambitious and successful Neptune Marine Services.
