Decmil wins $1.3m court battle
Decmil has won its court stoush with Avid Australia over $1.3 million in unpaid bills Avid Resources contested before its collapse, ending a six-month long legal battle.
Decmil Group, through its subsidiaries, provided design, civil engineering, and construction services for the oil and gas, resources, and infrastructure sectors in Australia.
The company engaged in civil works, such as brown field and green field projects in regional and remote areas including industrial zones and port facilities; and basic and complex works.
It also provided industrial and non-process infrastructure works comprising implementation of industrial infrastructure.
Decmil was acquired by Macmahon in August 2024.
