GOLD Style Homes has won 29 industry awards during the past five years for excellence in design and construction. Having started the business at age 29, David Goldsmith said it was important he set a solid foundation for Gold Style Homes to build on while placing an emphasis on service, integrity and dedicated excellence.
Gold Style Homes secures and develops land before building and marketing a quality home on it. In-house operations include sales, marketing, design, working drawings, contract administration, scheduling, estimating and construction supervision are all carried out by the company.
The company sponsors a number of sporting clubs and Princess Margaret Children’s Hospital, and has donated children’s play equipment, shade sails and gardens to local councils. Mr Goldsmith was involved in raising $10,000 for cancer research, participating in the Ride to Conquer Cancer.
