Matthew Felton is committed to raising awareness for those living with a disability. As an Australian para-athlete, who finished sixth in the 2017 Para Marathon World Cup, Mr Felton is determined to leverage his athletic achievements to drive change in the disability sector, aiming to create pathways for children to acknowledge and embrace their disability.
Mr Felton holds three national para records (marathon, half-marathon and 10km) and has delivered a series of talks, as well as conducted training and coaching clinics for children living with disabilities. He is also an ambassador for not-for-profit organisation Pluslife Tissue Bank.
Off the sporting field, Mr Felton has developed and grown a sales team for Perth-based business Glosswood, which specialises in the supply of sustainable building materials for residential and commercial projects.
