Sarah joined international consulting firm Arup 6 years ago. At age 30, she was Arup’s only offshore geotechnical engineer in Australia.
She has since grown the offshore geotechnical engineer division to 18 staff, with the team being recognised as Arub’s ‘hub’ for offshore geotechnics. Their expertise is highly sought after, both internally and externally.
Sarah has plans to double the size of the team in the next few years, sticking to her motto that a business’ greatest asset is its people.
