Diversus was established in 2006 as a small business with two employees. Dien Tang joined Diversus in 2007 and since then, the full service management and software consulting firm has grown exponentially, increasing its client list from two to 30. The firm provides business planning services, systems design and implementation of complex software applications of various technology environments.

Mr Tang immigrated to Australia from Vietnam when the war broke out. Arriving with little more than a suitcase, his father worked three jobs to support the family and instilled in his son the values of hard work, perseverance and willingness to take risks to achieve goals.
