Squire ups Perth corporate practice
Global law firm Squire Patton Boggs has grown its Perth corporate practice division with the addition of Simon Rear, who is moving from Allion Legal.
Squire Patton Boggs is a law firm which entered the WA market in 2011 via the acquisition of the Minter Ellison Perth practice, which was originally independent Perth firm Northmore Hale Davey & Leake.
SPB is a global legal practice whose client base spans every type of business, both private and public, worldwide. It advises a diverse mix of clients, from Fortune 100 and FTSE 100 corporations to emerging companies and from individuals to local and national governments. In the private sector, it provides the full range of legal advice required to implement practical strategies and resolve disputes. In the public sector, it counsels governments on privatisation of whole industries and on establishment of regulatory systems under which new private businesses can compete.
