Selina Torrance

When Selina Torrance joined BankWest as a human resource consultant at the age of 28, she set herself the ambitious goal to join the bank’s senior executive team within five years. Despite limited experience in the finance and banking industry, Ms Duncalf was appointed to the senior executive team as chief operating officer within two years. She then became executive general manager of corporate services and HealthGuard at HBF, and spent over 3 years with P&N Bank before rejoining HBF in February 2018 as executive general manager of member experience.
