THE FUTURE LOOKS BRIGHT FOR FREMANTLE
Fremantle business and community leaders gathered at the iconic PSA ART SPACE last night to celebrate the achievements and resilience of businesses within our region.
Danicia Quinlan has more than 20 years of management, communications, marketing and leadership experience.
Ms Quinlan spent more than a decade in senior advisory positions with BHP Billiton Iron Ore, Woodside Energy and the City of Westminster in the UK. She founded Q & A in June 2002, a management consulting and research services company, which was subsequently acquired by Coffey Environments in July 2009. She stayed on as a company principal, responsible for social research and performance models across Coffey Environment’s international impact assessment team. Ms Quinlan was also an agency director at Hunter Communications, following two years at the helm of Perth’s leading Fashion Festival. As executive director for the Fashion Council WA, her role was to strengthen the fashion sector in WA, to ensure its financial viability, and set the strategic direction in all its programs that advocate, nurture and celebrate the industry.
Ms Quinlan was chief executive at the Fremantle Chamber of Commerce from March 2019 to February 2023, following her appointment as director of engagement at planning and urban design firm Urbis.
Ms Quinlan is a 2004 Business News 40Under40 Award recipient and a former Foundation for Young Australians Youth Leaders Delegate. She has received numerous national and State awards for her projects and programs including Prime Ministers Award for Business and Community Partnerships.
