Rachel Cook joined ineedhits.com in 1999, shortly after the business had been established by her partner Clay Cook.

In that time, Ms Cook has been instrumental in the growth of the company to its current position as an international search engine marketing company that provides web-based technology solutions to millions of web site owners.

The company boasts US-based partners including Yahoo!, Ask Jeeves, Alta Vista and Kanoodle and employs a staff of more than 45 people at its Osborne Park premises.

With 97 per cent of business revenues generated overseas, the company focus is to further developing and resource planning in exports markets.
