Brad McManus

At the age of 24 , Brad McManus launched his management career in the highly competitive WA leisure and health club industry. His six-year career as a senior manager in this field equipped him with experience in professional development, commercial business systems, and creation of partnerships and alliances. This collection of skills led him to his current role as head of UWA Integral Leadership Centre. In this position, Mr McManus has been a major architect and driver in establishing the not-for-profit knowledge-based company, which is dedicated to holistic leadership development and organisational transformation in Western Australia and South-East Asia.
