Rhys Walker is the third generation and, by his own admission, the ‘accidental CEO’ of his family aero-mechanical conveyor business, Floveyor. In 2010, aged twenty-five and with Floveyor in serious decline, he took over and led a turnaround strategy to place the company as a leader in the global materials handling equipment market. Today, Floveyor operates in 50 countries and is a formidable force in a competitive international industry, all from its base in Bayswater.
