James Graham is a specialist in commercial litigation, dispute resolution, land compensation, and Planning and Environment. Mr Graham has acted for clients in every Court and Tribunal at both a Federal and State level, and has conducted trials as both lead and junior Counsel in the Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of Western Australia as well as a number of inferior Courts. He is actively involved in the legal community, and is a former member of the Law Society Education Committee, Young Lawyers Committee and YLC Education and Advocacy Working Group (as Chair). In addition to a number of other roles, Mr Graham remains actively involved in the LSWA mock trial program, and sits on the sub-committee responsible for the Old Court House Law Museum. Mr Graham is a founding principal of Borrello Graham Lawyers, one of WA's fastest growing independent law firms. Over the past 18 months, BGL has more than doubled in size, with 3 offices locally and interstate. Mr Graham is still the youngest partner, founding the law practice when he was 28. He is also chief executive of PM2, a technology start-up focussed on software development in the professional services industry, which he plans to IPO.
