Michael Baulch is a fourth generation member of a South Australian public transportation family. He has over 20 years of experience in the transport and logistics sectors, playing a major role in the consolidation and expansion of large passenger transport enterprises in Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia.
In 2004, Mr Baulch felt the need to establish himself in the bus industry in his own right and set out to establish Australian Transit Group (ATG) in Western Australia and is now its managing director. In just over two years the business has grown to become the largest regional bus and coach operation in WA with a turnover of $9 million in financial year 2006.
Mr Baulch also has extensive experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, and project management.
