Sirona to fund Wool Stores revamp
Plans to build an apartment development at the historic Dalgety Wool Stores building in Fremantle are a step closer with the signing of a $97 million funding deal.
After 16 years experience in the property development industry, Lloyd Clark established Match, now renamed M/Group, a boutique development company specialising in the development and marketing of premium residential and commercial properties. As a small development company, Match rejuvenates strategically located and often heritage-sensitive sites, many of which are not often seen as financially viable to larger organisations. One of his projects was the former WD & HO Wills Warehouse on the corner of Milligan Street in Perth.
