Dave Simmons is CEO of the Simmons Group of Companies. In the mid 2000s, Mr Simmons acquired the ailing Key Group, his former employer, and amalgamated it with TSG, his own business, to form TSG Key Group. As CEO, bringing together the team that made the acquisition possible, Mr Simmons was responsible for saving a viable WA company (Key Group) and its workforce, at the same time building a highly successful company with a projected $26 million turnover in 06/07. The business behind TSG Key Group has now formed the Simmons Group of Companies, including Simmons Global.
