Debbie Morrow has had an accelerated career in the generally male dominated industries of mining and engineering. She has over 25 years of experience in leading major capital and large-scale construction projects, complemented by several years in corporate leadership roles within the oil & gas industry.
She has been involved in strategy development, business transformation, organisational design and implementation of change, health, safety, wellbeing & environment, cultural design and enabling major people change.
One of her most significant business achievements was delivering the start-up and successful performance of the converted T200 production train on the Goodwyn Alpha platform. This was one of the largest offshore projects in the world to be undertaken on a live facility. She has been the project manager for the Cossack Pioneer and Sub-Sea Refurbishment Project, worth an estimated $800 million.
Ms Morrow has a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Management, minor in Accounting) from Edith Cowan University with Gold Key status for academic performance.
She was a finalist in the Telstra Business Women’s Awards 2019, and a 40under40 winner and First Amongst Equals in 2007.
