Nev Power retains three ASX board seats
Genesis Minerals has joined Strike Energy and APM Human Services International in announcing that convicted border cheat Nev Power will continue on its board of directors.
APM Human Services International is a Perth-based multinational human services provider delivering employment assistance, vocational rehabilitation, assessment, allied health and disability services.
Founded as Advanced Personnel Management in 1994, the business has since expanded to more than 7000 staff across 800 locations in Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, USA, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Germany, Switzerland and Spain.
In 2015, APM became the largest provider of disability employment services in Australia. It acquired specialist New Zealand health care service Pelim in 2015, the Ingeus Group in 2018, Australian health and risk management company Konekt in 2019, US-based workforce development company Grant Associates in 2020, workforce development services business Dynamic Workforce Solutions in 2021, and a leading NDIS registered provider Everyday Independence in 2022.
The company listed on the ASX on 12 November 2021. It was privatised and delisted in October 2024.
