Quirk joins global HR body
Harrier Human Capital chief executive Kelly Quirk has been appointed to the board of advisers of HRO Today Services and Technology Association, Asia Pacific chapter.
Kelly Reynolds (formerly Kelly Quirk) has over 25 years of professional services, human capital and technology consulting experience across the resource, mining, energy & utilities, financial & professional services, FMCG, healthcare and education sectors. She is also experienced in global mergers and acquisitions, business transformation, international market penetration in emerging markets, and business development.
Ms Reynolds was the group chief executive and managing director of HR and talent management organisation Harrier Human Capital from June 2012 to May 2020, during which she steered the company from 45 to over 100 staff and doubled revenue in under three years. Prior to Harrier, Ms Reynolds had worked in London including over 2 years as managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at Randstad Sourceright and over 5 years as talent solutions director for EMEA at HAYS.
Ms Reynolds had developed a program to support the St Vincent de Paul Society and a school feeding program in Manila.
She was a winner of Business News' 40under40 awards in 2015.
