Heath Shipard left high school early and worked as jumbo operator before founding the HAS Group in 2004. The company offers earthworks and landscaping supplies, dam building and road maintenance works to the resources, transport, civil and commercial sectors.
Flagship projects include dam and helicopter pad construction for The Warburton Group and road maintenance grading programs throughout WA.
Heath supports an art project involving Aboriginal youth in a South Hedland workers village.
