Ilya Mayo co-founded Dial-a-Doctor in 2012 after recognising the need for improved after-hours health care. The operation started out with just two individuals, a car and a mobile phone. Ilya led the development of Dial-a-Doctor’s own patient management software, integrating Google Maps, Medicare and telecommunication providers. Three years later, the service attends over 70 000 house calls per year and boasts over 100 doctors working under the Dial-a-Doctor banner.
