Newcrest fined after dingoes attack WA worker
Newcrest Mining has been fined after a worker in outback Western Australia suffered serious injuries when she was attacked by dingoes while on her lunch break.
Newcrest Mining Limited was an Australian-based corporation which engaged in the exploration, development, mining and sale of gold and gold-copper concentrate. Newcrest was acquired by Newmont in 2023.
