Nicholas Holthouse

Nicholas Holthouse has over 30 years of expertise in surveying, mine management, project management, construction and mining engineering. He has been involved in managing site operations, developing and maintaining business relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and organisations across multicultural backgrounds and in difficult locations.

Mr Holthouse became the chief executive of Meteoric Resources in March 2023. Prior to that, he was the chief operating officer and general manager of engineering for Hastings Technology Metals, where he successfully guided the Yangibana Rare Earths Project in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia from feasibility to construction. Mr Holthouse had also held senior management role with Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk where he was responsible for assessing and developing project opportunities throughout the Indonesian Archipelago; spent four years with Finders Resources, taking the Wetar Copper Project forward from pre financing through to construction, commissioning and then into operations; four years with CSA Global as a mining consultant; and four years in the Philippines with European Nickel at the Acoje and Chaldaq Projects.
