Debra Stirling has more than 20 years of experience as a senior executive in retailing, building and construction materials, manufacturing, mining and agriculture. She was executive general manager of people and communications for Newcrest Mining from January 2008 to July 2014. Ms Stirling held executive roles with Rinker Group, CSR and Coles Myer.
