Heritage Act plays out on new stage
The implementation of Aboriginal cultural heritage laws from July 1 drew strong views from those in favour and those opposed.
Jack Cullity has over 25 years of legal experience across the resources and commercial sectors including senior legal and commercial roles at ASX-listed iron ore, gold and engineering services companies.
Mr Cullity is the founding director of Mining + Heritage Legal which works with private and listed minerals explorers and mining companies. He had also worked in the corporate department of a leading international law firm in London.
Mr Cullity was the commercial director for Sea Corporation, WA president of the Starlight Children's Foundation for ten years, and a founding member of the Atlas Iron management team where he worked from 2007 until 2014.
He has been a Rising Stars business awards judge since 2015.
