With over three decades of accountancy experience under his belt, Vincent Smith is a specialist in the field of insolvency and corporate reconstruction.
Mr Smith has been involved in the reorganisation of a number of financially troubled listed companies and returning them to profitability, as well as consulting to government and performing Investigating Accountants Reviews for all the major financiers in WA.
In 2001 Mr Smith acquired the successful Norgard Clohessy practice with Bryan Hughes. The practice has continued to flourish and has a multi-million dollar turnover.
Mr Smith has been a partner of EY since 2008, and is the Asia Pacific deputy leader for strategy and transactions. Prior to this role, he led its transaction advisory services in Japan.
Mr Smith is a recipient of the Business News 40under40 Award in 2003, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University.
