Director of Concept Marketing since 1999, Mr Da Silva's company provides marketing to the SMB market, including strategy, direction and tools to ensure business succeeds. The firm becomes the outsourced marketing arm for many businesses who are either time poor or recognise that they do not possess the skills in-house.
Mr Da Silva won a Business News 40under40 Award in 2003. At 33 Mr Da Silva formed two marketing companies operating in two very different industries. After setting up a successful hospitality marketing business, Hotel Marketing Solutions, Mr Da Silva decided to from a company that specialised in marketing for the real estate industry, Clientforce. Getting into business came naturally for Mr Da Silva. At 21 he was the youngest program manager with an overseas posting with Sydney-based Hotel Dynamics. He then became the company’s youngest operations manager at 23 and youngest regional director at 25. He was offered the opportunity to operate the Asia region, the company’s most profitable, but opted to start Hotel Marketing Solutions in Perth.
