Prendiville Group is a Western Australian family based company which owns and operates iconic Australian tourism, hospitality and entertainment assets. The family acquired its first commercial properties in 1965 and has since grown from its remote accommodation and petroleum beginnings, to become a highly regarded hospitalities organisation.

Prendiville Group, which was founded in 1983, stands behind a broad range of properties in Australia including Hotel Rottnest, Sandalford Wines, Cottesloe Beach Hotel, The Norfolk Hotel, Pier 21 Apartment Hotel, Tradewinds Hotel Fremantle, Karratha International Hotel, Grand Hotel Townsville, Norseman Eyre Motel, Mangrove Resort Hotel, BP Norseman, Balladonia Hotel Motel.
