Spadaccini Homes specialises in up-market residential constructions between $500,000 and $2.5 million in value. Robert Spadaccini is responsible for between 10 and 15 projects at any one time. Managing his successful business in the construction industry’s current climate is an achievement in itself and Mr Spadaccini has promoted his business in a way that he can now negotiate many of his own contracts.
He started Spadaccini Homes at age 25 and within one year had a turnover of $500,000. Two years later he was to sign a contract for his first large home, with a value of $624,000, and subsequently became a finalist in the 2001 Housing Industry Association (HIH) awards.
He has since been a finalist and won many awards for his homes, culminating last year in a Master Builders Association inaugural Ric New medal for excellence. The award recognises those under 35 years of age who demonstrate entrepreneurial flair, outstanding potential innovation, creativity and high achievement in the building construction industry in Western Australia.
