The Pharmacy 777 and Pharmacy Health Group is a leader in Western Australia’s retail pharmacy sector with its focus on customer service and a commitment to providing complete health solutions. Kim Brotherson was appointed managing director in 2003 and has developed a business plan that has resulted in a 38.7 per cent increase in turnover and staff numbers rising from 215 to 450. Eight new pharmacies have opened since 2003 as the Belmont Advanced Aged Care Centre was opened in March 2005. To ensure his business model continues to grow, Mr Brotherson plans to continue building turnover, thereby creating buying power and competitive purchasing for the group. Plans are in place for Pharmacy 777 to increase its after hours profile and build on its Life Club customer loyalty program. Pharmacy 777 keeps an edge by continuing to trade every single day of the year with no exception.

    HBF has sold the Friendlies Pharmacy master franchise, under which 31 Western Australian pharmacies currently operate, to Pharmacy 777 and agreed to partner with the buyer to provide preventative health services to its members across the stores.
