SpectrumData signs contracts
Perth data transcription and duplication company SpectrumData is poised for further growth after recently being awarded ongoing contracts in the petroleum industry.
Guy Holmes is a Perth business entrepreneur working primarily in the data management field. His businesses have included Access Information Management which was sold to a public-listed company in 2006. He formed SpectrumData in 2003 through a management buyout of an Australian software development company, and built a substantial international business. Its oil and gas assets were sold to Houston-based Katalyst Data Management in 2015, with Mr Houston staying on initially as senior vice president Asia Pacific and then as senior advisor. Mr Holmes has also been a founder of several startups including BeyondCool, DataReSource and Tape Ark which was launched in 2017. He was a 40under40 award winner in 2006.
