Ms Carden began her career with oil giant Shell, working in customer service while completing a bachelor of business degree in management. She continued working with Shell in human resources but took the opportunity of a transfer to London to see more of the world. Returning to Australia in 2002, Ms Carden set up her own HR consulting business, providing HR advice and services to blue-chip companies. In 2003, she co-founded the Masters of Wealth events, bringing Australia’s leading health, wealth, and business experts together to form a multi-speaker event. Through combining her extraordinary creativity with ambition, Ms Carden has created global expansion plans for her international Wealth Coaching Franchise model.
