Justin Willis

Justin Willis is a Partner and Director of Andersen Corporate Finance Limited in Perth and also chairs the firm’s national Mining & Energy Practice Group. Mr. Willis has been lead adviser in major international transactions in a mergers and acquisition capacity and has specialised in the corporate advisory field since 1985. Mr Willis has a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment amongst other accreditations and is involved with the Securities Institute of Australia as a member of its WA Regional Council and National Taskforce – Finance Sector Business Unit. He is also member of the Board of Directors of the Starlight Children’s Foundation for Western Australia.
