C3 officially changes name to Avita
Perth-based burns treatment developer Clinical Cell Culture has today begun trading on the stock market under its new name, Avita Medical Ltd.
Avita Medical is an international company focused on commercialising spray-on skin technology developed in Perth. Originally known as Clinical Cell Culture, it was founded in 1993 by burns specialist Dr Fiona Wood and fellow researcher Marie Stoner with funding from Telethon. It listed on the ASX in 2002 and changed its name after a merger with Visiomed Group in 2008. The company shifted its domicile to the US in 2020.

Perth-based burns treatment developer Clinical Cell Culture has today begun trading on the stock market under its new name, Avita Medical Ltd.
