Large charities tilt toward boards fees
At what point should not-for-profit organisations start paying fees to their board of directors?
Bruce Davis has over 20 years of senior management experience in bluechip multinationals such as Coca-Cola, McDonalds and Ernst & Young throughout the Australia, Asia and the USA.
He holds an MBA from Melbourne University and graduated from the distinguished senior leadership programmes from Coca Cola and McDonalds. He was also a winner of WA Business News 40under40 in its inaugural year in 2002, aged 32.
He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a board member of not-for-profit and for-profit organisations.
When just 30 years of age, Mr Davis was the youngest person to become state manager of McDonald’s in the Australian group’s history. At age 37, Mr Davis was appointed group managing director of a diversified multinational company involved in retail, gaming software development, debit cards and manufacturing.
He founded InGlobo Private Equity in January 2008 and has four portfolio companies which included 8 mergers and acquisitions at the time.
