Georgiou selected for Claremont apartments
Georgiou Capital has been appointed to develop the first apartment complex at LandCorp’s Claremont on the Park.
The Town of Claremont is the local government authority for the suburbs of Claremont and parts of Swanbourne in Western Australia.
