Starting as a Commercial Estimator for LD Total, a landscape developer, in 2004, Steve Roper quickly progressed through the company and was appointed General Manager in 2013. Since then, he has reinvigorated the business leading innovations and business development, resulting in significant growth in revenue to over $85 million as well as significant donations in time and money to worthy causes.
