Bart Parsons is almost singlehandedly changing the face of hospitality in the Pilbara region. With his 23 staff at the Blanche Bar, he has raised the standards from pub grub to refined cuisine and now includes events and venues to his hospitality group resulting in a tripling of revenue over the past 3 years. He aims to open his first Perth-based business soon, with plans to add a winery, brewery and a distillery to the mix in the future.
