Property player tops 40u40
Blackburne managing director Paul Blackburne was last night named the 2016 Business News 40under40 First Amongst Equals, ahead of a talented and diverse field of candidates.
Matthew O'Sullivan is a WA Liberal Party Member elected as a Senator for Western Australia in July 2019.
Mr O’Sullivan was instrumental in establishing one of Minderoo Foundation’s flagship programs, Generation One, in 2008. He was also instrumental in the establishment of the Australian Employment Covenant, which exceeded its goal of securing the commitment from corporate Australia for over 50,000 jobs for Indigenous Australians. Mr O'Sulliivan was also involved in establishing the Vocational Training and Employment Centre (VTEC) model which has been rolled out in 29 locations across Australia, and is now training & placing 5,000 disadvantaged Indigenous job seekers into work every year.
He was the recipient of a Business News 40under40 award in 2016.
