Claire Negus

For the Roy Hill project, within a volatile industrial environment, Claire Negus developed and led a functional department to effectively manage $10.5 billion of contracts, implemented significant cost reductions, all with a team benchmarked significantly smaller than those of competitors'. A mentor to women in the mining industry, Ms Negus has rightfully been recognised several times in various awards programs. In 2017, she started as general manager of commercial at management consultancy Primary Delta. She leads the team to deliver risk, governance, contracts and commercial solutions to clients.
