Blackburne Group is one of Perth's leading high-end property development and real estate companies. As an integrated property development company, the Group also provides in-house real estate, property management, project marketing and financing services.

Paul Blackburne started Blackburne Property Group in 2003 when he obtained a loan to buy part of the rent roll from his father’s firm, Blackburne and Joyce Real Estate, to start a property management and project marketing business. By 2009, the company had shifted focus to apartment development and in the following years grew into an Australian market leader in the development of large-scale, high-end, luxury apartments.
