Amber Hasler

During her time as a festival director, Amber Hasler OAM has seen the Perth Fringe Festival, Fringe World, become the third largest fringe in the world and largest annual event in WA. The 2016 festival was the largest ever with over 700 events. She stepped down from the role in March 2021.

Ms Hasler has put 15 years into the local arts and cultural scene, is a board member of the Chamber of Arts & Culture, panellist for the Helpmann Awards, and a fringe member of the World Fringe Alliance.

In June 2022, Ms Hasler was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia for service to performing arts administration.
