Rhys Kelly has been actively involved in the development industry for over 15 years. He has extensive experience in land subdivisions, as well as apartment and commercial developments.

Mr Kelly was a director of QUBE Property Group for over 11 years from August 2005 to April 2017, and has been the director of Fabric Property since then.
