Philippa Vojnovic
Philippa Vojnovic has worked in the mental health sector since 1998 and is a PhD candidate in the School of Business, Centre for Innovative Practice, at Edith Cowan University. Her doctoral study investigates the well-being and help-seeking (accessing support) among FIFO workers in the Australian resources Industry. She has a strong interest in well-being at work and employer/employee issues. Philippa works as a counsellor/psychotherapist and believes in client focused care and the importance of a positive therapeutic relationship. She is regularly asked to speak at industry events and invited to assist organisations to promote and implement improved mental health outcomes.
